Early Access Program
We’re selecting five Workday organizations for Argeye Early Access
Before our broader Workday Marketplace rollout, we’re taking on a small group of founding customers: organizations that will run Argeye in production and help decide what we build next.
Five founding customers. That’s the whole program.
Why you’re reading this
You run Workday at a scale where security, Segregation of Duties and configuration changes matter. And the review that’s supposed to catch all of it probably happens once or twice a year, by hand, and is out of date before anyone reads it. That’s what we built Argeye for.
Why Early Access
What founding customers get that later customers won’t
This isn’t a free trial, and it isn’t a pilot we run at arm’s length. You’ll be working directly with the people building the product, on pricing that reflects getting here first.
Founding-customer pricing
Significantly reduced pricing, held for as long as you’re in the program. We won’t be offering these terms to non early-access customers.
Direct access to the development team
There’s no support queue to sit in. You talk to the people who build Argeye, and they’ll know your tenant.
Real influence over the roadmap
With only five customers, your priorities are a big share of what we hear. Ask for something and it goes near the top of the list rather than into a backlog.
New capabilities first
New monitoring rule types, modules, and integrations reach Early Access organizations before general availability.
Hands-on onboarding
We configure Argeye with your team, using out-of-the-box rulesets for your team to select from, or your team’s predefined rulesets and privileged access definitions.
Your feedback shapes the product
Regular sessions with the team. When something about your controls work is painful, we’d rather fix it than log it.
What Argeye does
Continuous monitoring across your Workday tenant
Argeye is a full-suite Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform for Workday. Automated scans run continuously across five areas of your tenants, and every control can be scoped independently across Production, Sandbox, and Implementation tenants.
System Access
Who can get into the system — external account creation, authentication policy changes, and more.
User Access
Once inside, who can reach configurable sensitive or privileged items — security group edits, assignable role edits, and more.
Segregation of Duties
SoD conflicts, fully configurable across Domains and Business Processes.
User Activity
Configurable rules that monitor specific actions, including activity performed against peers or managers, and activity performed while in proxy.
Business Process Changes
Configuration changes made to Workflows, tracked as they happen.
And everything around them
Activities for compliance work that can’t be automated, Audits for formal engagements, Findings & Issues to track resolution, and a Risk register everything maps back to.
Explore the full platformBuilt for Workday
Purpose-built for Workday, not adapted to it
Generic GRC platforms treat Workday as one more system to pull a user list out of. They don’t understand (or fully account for) Business Processes, entry conditions, delegation, proxy activity, or calculated fields. These are real gaps that leave you exposed without realizing it. So the risk sitting in those places never gets looked at, and the checklist still gets ticked.
We spent years implementing Workday and running security engagements before any of us wrote code for it, so Argeye is built around the objects Workday really uses. When a Business Process change affects a User Access rule or an SoD ruleset, Argeye flags the rule for review and reopens any Findings that were triaged against the old configuration. That holds even when the change is to a calculated field buried several levels down inside an entry condition.
A documented control and a working control are not the same thing.
Generic GRC platform
- Workday is one connector among many
- Point-in-time extracts and user lists
- Workday nuances not accounted for
- Prior decisions stay closed until the next review
Argeye
- Workday is the entire product
- Continuous monitoring, scoped per environment
- Business Processes, entry conditions, calculated fields, assignable roles, security groups, and more
- Configuration changes compared against prior decisions to ensure last month’s exception is still valid today
Already running a monitoring tool?
Bring it to the first call. We’ll go through what it covers, show you where it stops short of your Workday configuration, and walk through how Argeye closes those gaps. Most teams are surprised by how much sits outside what they thought they were monitoring.
What participation looks like
Four steps, and no commitment until step three
The first two cost you a form and an hour.
- 1
Request Early Access
Fill in the form below. It takes about a minute.
- 2
Meet with the Argeye team
A working session rather than a sales pitch. We go through your Workday footprint, the controls you run today, demo Argeye, and understand where Argeye would help most.
- 3
Deploy Argeye
We deploy into your tenant and set up your rulesets, sensitive access definitions and monitoring scope with your team.
- 4
Work directly with the team
Regular check-ins with the people building Argeye, and what you tell us goes onto the roadmap.
Who we’re looking for
Enterprise Workday organizations that take their controls seriously
Organizations
- Running Workday in production, at enterprise scale
- Subject to SOX, ITGC, ISO or comparable audit obligations
- Managing Segregation of Duties and sensitive access across a large worker population
- With a Workday environment that changes often enough that periodic review can’t keep up
- Willing to tell us plainly when something isn’t working
Teams
This works best when the people who own Workday security and the people who face the auditors are both in the room.
- Workday Security
- IT Audit
- Internal Audit
- Internal Controls
- Compliance
- GRC
- Risk Management
- Workday Administration
Not the right person for this internally? Forward the page to whoever owns Workday security or controls. We’re happy to start there instead.
Request Early Access
Five organizations, then the program closes
Once the five places are filled, we move on to the broader Workday Marketplace rollout, and Early Access pricing goes with it. If you think you’re a fit, now is the time to say so.
- We read and answer every request ourselves
- Your first call is with the team, not a salesperson
- No obligation at this stage
